I am helping the LAM Foundation check out this part of their website, but I also have a legitimate question. I had chylous fluid and I've been taking Octreotide injections daily since 2000. Someone recently mentioned they read of a connection between Octreotide stomach issues like constipation and diarriah. I take Protonix for GERD. Since I take a lot of different meds I assumed that was the reason for stomach distress.
Do you know what the long term side effects of Octreotide are?
