Is the University of Michigan currently operating a LAM clinic and if so, how does one go about becoming involved with it?

We most certainly do have a LAM clinic at the University of Michigan, staffed by myself MeiLan Han, MD and my nurse Ann Durance.  You can call her directly with questions or to make an appointment at 734-998-5759.

My Doctor asked me if I wanted to go to the Ohio clinic, I do know UCLA is a lot closer to Phoenix.
Does anyone have a recommendation on the clinic or NIH?
Also what if any vitamins should we be taking?  I was diagnosed 10/2/09
