Questions for first Dr.'s appointment post diagnosis

Hello,
To tell a long story short, had a collapsed lung in late Dec., lung byopsy Jan.15th and diagnosed with LAM Jan. 20th. My mind is all over the place and I was happy to find this forum and get some real information while I am trying to process this whole situation I find myself in. While I have many questions shooting through my mind I was hoping to get feedback regarding two.
1) I have my first appointment with my doctor since being diagnosed this Thursday, does anyone have advise regarding question(s) I should ask that may not be obvious? Perhaps even if they seem obvious as I am not trusting my thought process right now.
2) How do you deal with your work situation? I am not saying anything right now as I wouldn't even know what to say and I don't think it will affect my work at this point, but I am wondering how others have handled this.
Thank you very much!
Mary

I wish I knew what to ask. Hopefully the doctor has experience with Lam patients.
I was diagnosed in the last six months and I am on my third doctor. I am trying to find the one
doctor who is compassionate and listens. In AZ I have spoke to two other Lammies and they love their doctors, they even can call him on their cell phones, or walk in the office unannounced to get a chest xray if they are feeling pain.
I am working on my questions now for Lamposium,, at least the doctors will have lots of experience with us.
