American Thoracic Society Clinical Practice Guidelines

The American Thoracic Society (ATS) and the Japanese Respiratory Society (JRS), in conjunction with an ad hoc guideline development committee of LAM experts, prepared the following guidelines for the treatment of lymphangioleiomyomatosis. These guidelines were approved by the ATS Board of Directors in May 2016 and the JRS in May 2016. They were also endorsed by The LAM Foundation in May 2016.

European Respiratory Society Treatment Guidelines

The European Respiratory Society, along with the ERS LAM Task Force, has put together the following guideline for the treatment of lymphangiomyoleiomatosis. An updated version of these guidelines highlighting the important scientific advances over the past few years is currently being drafted.
