The LAM Foundation’s Move to Remote
Frequently Asked Questions
What is happening?
TLF is becoming a remote organization! TLF is not reducing its presence, its capacity, or its impact on the LAM community.
Why?
As a continuation of the TLF Board of Directors’ decision to host a nationwide search for an Executive Director, the TLF staff now serves outside of the original Cincinnati, OH, footprint.
We are looking to become even more efficient as we support our LAM community from coast to coast and beyond. As passionate stewards of The LAM Foundation’s mission and the gifts that fuel our support of the LAM community, we look forward to enjoying the efficiencies and flexibility that remote work creates.
When?
Our transition will be complete as of May 15, 2026. An operational plan has been crafted to ensure a smooth transition.
What’s next?
Our phone numbers will remain the same, our office hours will remain the same, and our staff will remain as connected and committed to the mission as always.
Mailed gifts will be securely processed at a U.S. Bank lockbox in Cincinnati, OH. All gift processing outside of mailed gifts will be handled the same way. All other mail will be directed to a P.O. Box. Historical files and documentation will be stored at a facility within Hamilton County, OH.
