Heather joined The LAM Foundation in 2026 and brings a background in operations, project management, and executive support. She has experience coordinating cross functional initiatives, managing data and systems, and supporting organizational growth through streamlined processes and strong communication. Prior to joining the foundation, Heather worked in both product management and executive support roles, where she focused on building partnerships and improving operational efficiency. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and is passionate about supporting mission-driven work and helping others.
